WHOLESALE PRODUCTS:

Pallets, truckload sales and wholesale lots are non-refundable. These items are returns, overstocks, closeouts, box damage, or shelf pulls which means that they may be damaged, non-functional, and/or have missing parts and by completing a purchase you agree that you understand the condition, will take the items as-is, and that we make no guarantees or warranties as to the condition or function of the items.

RETAIL
All of our items are returns, overstocks, closeouts, box damage, or shelf pulls which means that they may be damaged, non-functional, and/or have missing parts. We will do our best to describe the condition and operability of the item to the best of our ability including whether or not it has been checked for function. We encourage all customers to check items for damage and function before leaving the store. By completing a purchase you agree that you understand the condition, will take the items as-is, and that we make no guarantees or warranties as to the condition or function of the items. We do not accept returns nor do we offer any refunds, exchanges or in-store credit for items purchased in the store.

◦ With respect to pallets, truckload sales, and wholesale lots, all sales are final. In the case of missing or misrepresented merchandise, we will review your order if you send an email to liquidinvestgroupllc@outlook.com within 1 business day of the receipt of your product with the following information:

◦ 1. Order number.

◦ 2. What was missing or misrepresented.

◦ 3. Photos of the items of all items received.

◦ We will make a determination within 14 days if a return, refund, or partial refund will be provided. We cannot exchange wholesale merchandise. Depending on the circumstance, buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

◦ RETAIL

We offer a 30-day return policy for retail items purchased online and shipped from our store or warehouse that were not received in the condition described. You may return the item within 30 days of the item’s delivery date for an exchange, refund, or store credit if the item is not received as described. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Any item that is listed as “As-Is” is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Delivery date is marked by the tracking information. If you chose “Store Pickup” as your shipping option then your item will be ready for pickup within 1 hour of placing your order. Please make arrangements to pick your items up within 3 business days of placing the order. We can not hold items longer than that and they will be returned to stock with no refunds after that time period has elapsed.

◦ 1. Order Number.

◦ 2. List of item(s) to be returned.

◦ 3. Reason(s) for return of each item.

Items that CANNOT be returned:

◦ Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

◦ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

◦ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may also return eligible items in-store during our open hours, as long as items are within their return window of time.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery:

The available shipping options are listed at checkout. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

What is the “Oversized Shipping” charge?

For some items shipping within the U.S. an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping:

Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout. Must select ground shipping at checkout. Oversized charges may apply.

Signature Confirmation:

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

Store Pickup:

If you chose “Store Pickup” as your shipping option then your item will be ready for pickup within 1 hour of placing your order. Please make arrangements to pick your items up within 3 business days of placing the order. We can not hold items longer than that and they will be returned to stock with no refunds after that time period has elapsed.
